Effective communities of practice

Community is fundamental to the work of improving your practice and growing as a therapist. But to put a finer point on it, the diversity of that community both professionally and personally is critical. I'm excited to share this year's Sessions Live guest lineup. This group of seasoned colleagues joins us this year to do something I’ve never done before—host a public critique of my session work for a live audience. This supervision board will watch and then analyze 2 sessions alongside all of y
