Wall stretches are absolutely one of my favorite ways to stretch! This is GREAT for those office workers and basically anyone who sits most of the day! Probably not ideal for those with any type of knee issues or surgery. I recommend modifications such as placing both hands on the mat and back up to the wall until you feel a light stretch. Modifications are coming up in another video! FIND YOUR OWN STRETCH AND HOLD IT THERE for:10 and work up to :30 or longer. Do this daily and feel that back pa
