Since my last ram pump reel I’ve learned the length of the drive pipe directly influences the speed of your ram pump cycling.. The longer the drive pipe the slower the pump cycles which means less water being pumped up the mountain.. So I changed the location of my ram pump and shortened my drive pipe from 160ft to 23ft.
