At Njswim our swim progression focuses on Elementary Backstroke before learning the fundamentals of Backstroke, Freestyle and Breaststroke. Once our swimmers can float on their back, the next step is to learn Elementary Backstroke. We break down Elementary Backstroke with a set of motions called tickle-t-snap.
