Ingredients: -Bucatini pasta -San Marzano Plum Tomatoes -guanciale -pecorino cheese (I used some parm too) -salt and pepper -any dry white wine Instructions: Boil salted water for pasta. Crush the plum tomatoes by hand. In a pan, add in the cubed guanciale and cook till brown and crispy. You won’t need oil because it has plenty of fat.
