BBQ Shotgun Shells! These are seriously tasty! You can get as creative as you want, but here’s what I used below: - Pork, garlic and pepper sausage meat - 1 green jalapeño - Extra sharp cheddar cheese - Cannelloni shells - Streaky bacon - BBQ sauce Combine the sausage meat, cheese and jalapeño, stuff into the cannelloni shells, wrap in bacon and smoke for around 1.5 hours at 120c until the pasta is soft and bacon is crisp. The fat from the sausage mince and bacon will cook the pasta! Finish off
