Wound care tips 🩹 Always clean the wound from inward to outward (prevents bacteria from going into the body) 🩹Sanguineous or bright red blood may indicate a NEW or ACTIVE bleed 🩹Purulent drainage may indicate an infected wound/incision 🩹Pat & dab thick barrier creams instead of wiping and spreading.
