I’ve made Tamago Kake Gohan dozens of times as a quick meal (primarily for breakfast). @barnaclefoods had sent me both their Furikake Kelp and their Everything Kelp Seasoning and while I had intended on making this dish with Furikake, I had a moment and grabbed the Everything Kelp on accident. Lucky for me it was a delicious accident 😬 The addition of the dried garlic from the seasoning brought in that bagel vibe in a really nice way.
