Even though I was annoyed with the other two characters' skill trees and harshly criticized them, Woody's skill tree design definitely deserves a thumbs up for its perfect combination of characteristics and balance, as if it took me back to 2019, when I was woodie main and enjoy his unique experience.

2015年12月27日 · Woodie really excells at chopping trees with the werebeaver, but yes it does drain your sanity really fast. If you don't want to deal with shadows, make sure your sanity is near full before starting to chop trees. Planting trees close together can help prevent wasting time in werebeaver form to chop the trees as fast as possible.

2017年4月7日 · Woodie's werebeaver form is neither good at gathering nor is it good at combat. It has poor damage and armor, and takes more gnaws than tool uses (3-4x more) for everything but trees. Maxwell clearcutting every tree is really not an issue because eventually you'll have the trees synced in growth and be drowning in pinecones.

2020年4月16日 · While Tree's a Coward didn't give us Woodie's backstory, I have a feeling if/when Wagstaff is reworked and brought to DST, his short would explain Woodie's missing person poster in Next of Kin and Woodie's connection to Voxola. I can understand it maybe not fitting Woodie's rework in DST right away, because I doubt Wagstaff gave him his curse.
