2012年2月1日 · By means of dynamic plastic deformation (DPD) with high strain rates, a bulk nanostructured 316L austenitic stainless steel consisting of nano-sized grains embedded with bundles of nanometer-thick deformation twins was synthesized. The average transverse grain size is ∼33 nm and the twin/matrix lamellar thickness is ∼20 nm.

2022年12月1日 · The formation mechanism of the novel eye-shaped nano-twin (NT) bundles was clearly revealed. The results show that numerous dislocations were propagated and accumulated around original grain/annealing-twin boundaries at low rolling strain level (20%), which led to a high stress concentration and induced the generation of deformation twin bundles.
