Beginning Wednesday, April 20, 2022, TheHandi-Van Ticket holders will be able to purchase the new tickets or exchange their current tickets for the new 7/1/2022 tickets and pay the additional 25¢ per ticket. Full staffing is 14 reservation stations and 5 cancelation/”where’s my van” stations. With normal vacation and sick leave, about 45 staff would be needed to fill all positions every day. OTS has 39 reservations positions. OTS evaluating options and technology to allow some “work from home” options for some reservations staff.
