There’s also a dvd set of all three original films, which includes both special and non-special editions, but they’re priceier and harder to find. Check out a second hand media/bookstore for the vhs.

Well, Star Wars was what was on the front of the VHS tapes, both the 80’s release and the THX release (though the THX one had “A New Hope” in small letters. I didn’t start calling it A New Hope until around the time of Phantom Menace. Before that it was “Star Wars” usually followed by “You know, the first one.”
