2018年7月1日 · In this study, pure iron oxide (α-Fe 2 O 3) nanoparticles were prepared by two different methods (precipitation and hydrothermal). XRD, TEM, SEM, EDX, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy, DTA, TGA, UV–Vis, PL and SQUID techniques were used to characterize the synthesized samples. FT-IR spectroscopy allowed the observation of α-Fe 2 O 3 bands.
