Methedrone should not be confused with the similarly named and structured stimulant drug mephedrone (4-methylmethcathinone), or the synthetic opioid methadone .

2010年1月11日 · Methedrone seems to be the source of most confusion (easily mistaken for mephedrone and methylone, as well as people mixing names with methadone). This is why I'd favor bk-PMMA as the primary name for it, but as you say, that is not a search term that people are currently likely to use.
