When I look at the manuals that I have they all say the max trim length is 2.039". When I measured my factory once fired brass they all measure anywhere between 2.031-2.039 and one that is 2.043.

Since most 41 Magnums are built on a 44 Magnum frame, there really is not much advantage. A 41 Magnum S&W L frame would be interesting and might have some advantages over the Model 69 44 Magnum.

2016年2月8日 · Toprudder, my Savage model 10 in 7.62x39 also has a .308 barrel and it shoots the .310 steel-cased stuff like a champ. Sub-MOA with steel-case .310 Hornady 123-grain SST's in fact. I figured I'd be loading .308 bullets for it until I shot some .310's. Then I quicky realized it wasn't broke, so I'm not gonna fix it.

Since I had some 150g bullets on hand for another rifle I decided to play with those. Using RE-15 and a SGK 150g the rifle tightened up to .5 at 100.
