Alejandro Trevino (L), Juan Melendez (C) and Christian Trevino (R) are charged in the death of Gabriel Quintanilla.

All charges carry domestic violence enhancements. Charging documents state that Melendez-Borunda had gotten into an argument with a woman, after which the two separated.
