2021年5月25日 · Are all your bale settings correct? I would go through the baler monitor section in owners manual page by page and see if something isn’t turned on correctly for some reason. You state that you turn off monitor due to continuous beeping. That’s an alarm. Beeps to tell you to stop and beeps again to dump bale.

2017年7月31日 · JD 458 Baler problems, hay stacks up on front of baler and goes up to top roller. Anyone have this problem or know how to solve it. Thanks. Slow rpm's to about 450-460 pto speed. I added extra 14'' rods on each end in between existing rods on metal starter roll.

2013年10月27日 · Monitor is showing an e2 11 code which I'm told is the wrap actuator. I checked connections & they are good. I put 12v to the2 pin metri pak connector on motor & it ran for a second .

2016年8月10日 · An issue has recently come up with my 2009 458 standard baler. The standard has no monitor, just bale shaping indicators on the baler itself. I recently noticed the shaping indicators would suddenly fall all the way to the bottom rather erratically. Upon inspection, the tailgate was opening during baling relieving pressure from the indicators.

2015年10月26日 · What would all of a sudden make your bale sensing ( the bars on the monitor that tell you to go left or right) to just stop working? Also it doesn't automatically tie or indicate when you have a full bale. I've never had a problem with this baler before.

2011年2月16日 · What are the most common problems with the 458 round baler? Thanks! No experience with a 458, but ran the heck out of a 457 Silage Special. The problem I had with the 457 related to the BaleTrak monitor. Hay dust would prevent the microswitches from detecting a few things, mostly whether the endgate was closed after ejecting a bale.
