The guy at the "pro" desk said any ceramic tile installation, any pattern, any size for the shower, floor, wall, etc. would run $4/sq. ft.

Haven't had much luck with the tile bits available at local hardware stores and big box stores. I know some of the problem is likely technique and material identification.

These places are set up for home owners, not contractors. A contractor doesn't have time to wander around a multi acre store loading materials, etc. and haggling over pallets.

2021年7月25日 · Im planning on using a Tile Redi pan on my next job - the pan needs to be 36x72" and the customer wants tile on the deck so an acrylic pan wont cut it. Does anyone know of a good drain system that will work with the Tile Redi products. Their install videos gloss over the plumbing aspects of the installation.

2007年9月20日 · Wipe the drywall down with a sponge to remove any drywall, sanding dust etc. You can use the same modified thinset on the walls that youll be using on the floor. You need to leave a small gap between the floor tile and base tile - I like that joint to be as small as possible, 1/16" or so is good. Caulk that joint with a color matched caulk.

Leftover Redgard last a probably 4-5 months in the bucket but tends to thicken. It's not made for waterproofing a foundation on either side of the wall. Reply Like.
