When using the Volume 2 Anchor Fastening Guide for HIT-HY 200 epoxy anchors, if I am determining the capacity of a single anchor (no group action), do I need to include the fRV reduction factor if the loading is away from the concrete edge?
Ignore concrete breakout for epoxy anchors
Cast-in-place anchors have an option to ignore concrete breakout, but I can't find an option like that for the epoxy anchors. I am designing concrete piers that have adequate reinforcing to resist the breakout, but the contractor would like a post-install option.

I would like to know how many cartridges I will need of the HIT=HY-200R.V3 Epoxy. I will be drilling into concrete a 1-1/8 DIA. with 3-1/2 embedment. There are a total of 840.0 anchors to be drilled, the anchor itself is 1 DIA.
