2022年2月3日 · Hi, I had this same problem but running Windows 10 and an HP Envy 5540 printer/scanner. Tried all the on-line help but the scanner just wouldn't work. The 'Scan a Document or Photo' button on the HP Printer Assistant didn't work and the printer would not scan from the menu on it's own interface. Tried everything and all the HP doctor stuff.
