Withered Bonnie lacks his left arm and nearly his entire head, with only the lower jaw and part of the endoskeleton's head remaining. The Freddy’s Files claims that Bonnie can enter the office through the hallway, although this is not true. Withered Bonnie now has a bright red light where one of his eyes were.

The Left Air Vent is a location within Freddy Fazbear's Pizza of Five Nights at Freddy's 2. It connects the Office to Party Room 1. The animatronics that pass through the Left Air Vent are Withered Bonnie, Toy Chica, and Balloon Boy. It is also possible, on very rare occasions, to see the Endo-02 here.

He will make his way to the office by approaching from the left vent. He will enter the left vent and appear before the player. The player must quickly put on the Freddy mask to make him go away, or else be jumpscared and lose the run.

Withered Bonnie, like Toy Bonnie and Toy Chica, will occasionally climb out of an unknown trapdoor to stand in the Office. Like in FNaF 2, Withered Bonnie will stand right in front of the player, causing lights and audio distortions. To fend him off, the player must quickly put on the Freddy Mask swiftly to do so.
