2017年3月22日 · I got my 4.56 gears and install kit from Nitro and Ward was having the e-locker carrier shipped from their warehouse on the west coast. Step two was to disassemble and remove the stock ring gear, pinion gears and all bearings & races from the clamshell housing.

2021年10月15日 · I had e-locker in my JK and loved it. The only complaint is it takes a certain amount of rotation for it to fully lock. But my favorite off-road shop uses and recommends them.

2020年4月21日 · I just purchased some used axles for my 2013 JK Sport that already has 4.56 gears and Eaton E-Lockers. The local off-road shop is performing the axle swap, but to save some labor costs, I'm running the wiring myself. Luckily the guy I bought the axles from had two brand new sets of Eaton wiring harnesses with the switches.

2016年2月13日 · Just finished the Powerwagon E-Locker install in my 2015 Ram 2500. What a PITA. It fits but you need to be aware of 2 things if you are using stock gearing. You will need a new inner axle seal for the passenger side because it has to be removed to get the inner stub axle out of the carrier.

A Front and Rear ELocker Kit PN 5745798 for model year 1999 through 2002 is available through the DCS. The kit contains both ELocker axles, a control module, switches, warning/indicator light assembly, a fan shroud dimple, all the necessary wiring, hardware and installation instructions.

2010年6月2日 · Installing an 30 spline Eaton E-Locker with 30 spline shafts would certainly bolt in until a point. According to the Eaton Rep. that I talked to the 27 slpine and 30 spline Dana 30 locker uses the same bearings. I would check with them first though.

2008年12月17日 · Installing a full-case locker like the E-Locker, ARB, or Detroit Locker involves you also setting the backlash which is the amount of "slop" between the ring & pinion gears. So you will need new bearings and a shim kit.
