It has a bunch of ores that you dont get in the Lost Cities dimension and IIRC the big catches are mostly thorium and starmetal. Stardust also gets you night vision via EnderIO's enchanter - permanent night vision is actually pretty nice. Darkness hurts you in this dimension.

I had to travel about 2000 blocks in each direction then use the nature's compass to locate deep dark. Took 3 attempts. Make an iron jet pack to help you travel. Once you get allthemodium use the first one to craft the teleport pad and go to the mining dimension. It's much easier to find there. You also get one ingot for killing the warden.

2020年9月5日 · Don't remember seeing it in the Twilight Forest, and I did A LOT of mining there for Ironwood. I got it from the Lost Cities Dimension, it was pretty easy setting the vein miner to a 5x5 pattern and digging a long tunnel until I found Boron.

But then I'd critique that, not just does it look very flat, it also looks too sparse, making you feel a lot less isolated or endangered that the Deep Dark does baseline.

2022年5月9日 · People have assumed that the large portal looking structure in the Deep Dark is or will be a functioning portal, which is a fair expectation, but Minecraft have a recent history with not delivering all we think they will deliver, so I think 1.19 will be released with no new dimension or even use for the structure.
