2012年6月4日 · We've had a damp problem in our bathroom which has manifested with discoloured patches on the walls in the room directly below. I started to take the grout out between the tiles and found some of the tiles very loose which I have also removed. See picture. The wall behind, which I assume is plasterboard is damp.

If they are solid walls, then allowed to dry out and once dried sealed with SBR primer ready for re-tiling. If plaster board is behind tiles then this should be removed and replaced with cement board which will not absorb moisture like plaster board.
