Feb 14, 2016 · I cannot use the Chinese handwriting input in Windows 10. I have followed the suggestion as proposed by other helpers in this site. i.e. Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language > Add a language. Then Choose "Options" in Chinese (Hong Kong SAR) It says "There are no handwriting options for this language".
