These four will improve fps without drastically reducing the visuals. There are a couple more options to increase fps but they make the game look a lot worse. For grass i use grass.sizescale 0.5 to make it short, works great. Will these changes still be kept in servers I join? I can’t get the grass command to work on PS5.
