2020年8月25日 · I need to extract a file from a WinRAR file. When I run the executable I get a popup with a red header saying The App has been blocked for your protection. An Administrator has blocked you from running this app, for more information contact the administrator. This is a Home PC, I'm the administrator. The file passes a Defender Scan.

Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list. Let the driver to install and then check the functionality.
