2018年4月21日 · You don't put a shortcut to the scanner itself on the Desktop. Instead find the software program that came with the scanner such as Epson Scan or HP Scan etc. and make a shortcut to that. When you click on that, the program will open the scanner and be able to scan after you select the settings.

2024年2月26日 · Me again. Was able to get back the scan options in windows 11. I ran the windows security health setup and this time was able to get it to open and run it. Previously it wouldn't open just disappear. I had been doing some cleanup of programs that I wasn't using etc so don't know if this made a difference or not. Thanks again for the help.
