HFT 91130 Router Table WARNING
2015年5月10日 · This 91130 Router Table is a glaring exception. I made this video to explain why. After only 12 SECONDS of use, while using the machine for the first time, the machine began belching smoke, and flames, and I had to disassemble it to discover why.

2012年10月21日 · It's branded as a "American Tool Exchange" 1/2" plunge router but it looks exactly like the Chicago Electric routers on the Harbor Freight website. Except a different color, and probably much older. BTW, I'm hoping to make a router table with it. Amazon has collets for porter cable, craftsman, dewalt, etc., I just need to know which one to buy.

2009年7月30日 · At this point we're already talking $78.28 + tax for Rockler. I found no Harbor Freight router mounting plate off or online. Still just under $80 for the main parts isn't bad. Let's add Incra TTRACKREG36 36-Inch T-Track $13.58 and INCRA Build-It Knobs, 1/4-20 x 1 1/2" Bolts, Washers (Set of 8) $10.99 we're now at $102.85, still not too bad I guess.

2011年8月28日 · Use one to preserve the depth of cut capabilities. For instance, should you mount the router directly to a 1-1/2" thick table top, as opposed to 1/4" thick router plate, you would loose 1-1/4" of cutting depth capability. Routing a recess in the bottom of the table is not usually a good option as it thins the table top in that area.

My most recent experience was with an oscillating multi tool blade I bought there. During use, the weld, that connected the cutting edge to the piece bolted to the tool, broke. The cutting edge just dropped the floor.

2010年3月4日 · Has anyone bought / reviewed the Chicago Electric 2-1/2 hp plunge router offered by Harbor Freight? The one review I found on this unit said it was acceptable / good. The online price is $99.99 but there is a sale going on at our local HF this and next weekend and this may be in it. Any ideas, comments, help.. would be appreciated.
