The problem is I already have a good quality German anaerobic flange sealer but the fine print says that it is "fuel resistant" not fuel PROOF. I'm not eager to keep taking this appart again. The other problem is that the flange sealer I have turns to concrete.

Also, even with the baffling in your fuel cell, there is still a lot of violent activity taking place inside the fuel cell.

2012年7月3日 · I used Polysulfide (two part) epoxy and gasket maker to stop my fuel gauge sender from leaking. Polysulfide epxy is JP10 jet fuel compatible. It smells and looks like JB weld but when hard is rubbery like RTV. I used the aluminum stat-o seals on my bulk fittings and also ran a bead of poly-sulfide on them. You can peal it off.
