Spring of 09 it had a flat tire and I did not have time to fix it until oct 09. After I got the tire fixed I tried to start it it fired right up and stalled fired up the second time and stalled.

2021年12月31日 · Low compression would definitely cause hard starting. I'm not familiar with the 6-71 readings, but 250 psi sounds pretty low for any diesel. I've checked compression in a couple of 7.3L Powerstrokes and have gotten high 300's to low 400's and that was cranking with the starter. If it's a cold engine, that would make the readings lower.
