2013年6月14日 · S&W model 48 or 648 is the best 22 Magnum revolver on the market. Ofthe models you listed I'd get the Charter Arms revolver. They're not the best looking wheelguns, but they're plenty accurate and tough as nails. I've shot a few of them and never been dis-appointed. In fact I've been surprised by how well they all shot.

2009年7月4日 · DA and SA are readily obtainable. As are 22 mag bottom stuffers depending on how much shopping you can do. At least 4 of the major mfgs have 22 mag revolvers on the market. And there is the 17 HMR necked-down 22 mag as well. Good luck.

2014年11月25日 · For a target .22, and plinker the 6" barrel model 17 (Target Masterpiece) is hard to beat. For a .22 Magnum, my choice is the Model 48 (Combat Masterpiece). Another option is the Model 53 with both cylinders and inserts (shoots .22 Jet center fire, .22 Magnum Rimfire & .22 Rimfire), but they're not easy to find and pricey. Regards, Geezer

2023年2月25日 · I should have mentioned this earlier. I have a S&W 351C, a 7 shot .22 magnum revolver. The S&W 43C is an 8 shot revolver. Comparing ballistics of the two cartridges out of a 2" barrel revolver there is little difference. The .22 Magnum does have a bit more power and there is a better selection of self defense cartridges available.
