2024年9月8日 · You would then give the PAC code to EE and the BT number would transfer to the EE contract and when it does that will cancel the number with BT. If you are not looking to keep the number at all and just cancel it outright, you should be able to get through to BT Mobile by calling 150 from the BT number or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone. 2023年5月25日 · @FatRascal All BT consumer services (broadband, TV and mobile), will gradually move over to EE alternatives, the only unknown is the timeframe. I suspect anyone hanging on to a BT service will either be enticed across nicely or given no choice in the end as services are discontinued, but this is still only really a branding change.

I would recommend giving our team a call on 150 from your BT mobile or 0330 1234 150 from any phone so they can run some checks on your online account and if necessary raise a ticket for your the data usage not showing up in your app.

2024年11月20日 · Yes, we have 4 phones on family mobile with BT and none can access data today since this morning. Can't see any notifications or acknowledgements from BT of a problem. Have seen that wait times are lengthy and that in fact they aren't taking calls at all. Disgraceful treatment of customers.
