He was at least 11 in Alola because you needed to be 11 to do the trials, and at least 15-16 in XY because Clemont and Serena are 16 and unless Serena is a cougar hitting on a 10 year old, Ash had to be age appropriate. Ash and Goh are clearly not 10 either.
