Hundreds of starfish have been spotted washed up on beaches in Denbighshire. Stuart Wimbles was walking along Prestatyn beach when he saw clusters of the creatures washed up on the sand on Sunday.

It comes after a photo circulated on social media of about 200 starfish on a local beach in Guernsey. The starfish had previously caused challenges for local fishermen as they invade their crab pots.
