AUSTIN, Texas - After more than 40 years, Trudy's Tex-Mex has announced it is closing its only remaining brick-and-mortar restaurant on Burnet Road. The restaurant announced on its social media and website that it was "time for us to say goodbye to our North Star location" but it did not specify an exact date when it would be closed.
