Prep the salad. In a serving bowl, add the pasta, salad shrimp, crab, and celery. Pour dressing on top and gently stir. Refrigerate. Place the salad in the refrigerator until serving.
Pasta - I prefer rotini pasta for its corkscrew shape, as it allows the avocado salad dressing to adhere more effectively. Shrimp - I used a slightly simpler version of my air fryer shrimp recipe .
To serve, transfer the pasta into serving bowls, making sure you have some seafood on top. Finish with a sprig of basil and a squeeze of lemon and serve with the garlic bread and salad on the side.
