Al Schultz Dies: ‘Carol Burnett Show', ‘All In The Family', ‘Good Times' Makeup Artist & Husband Of Vicki Lawrence Was 82Wolper. Along with Lawrence, Schultz is survived by their son Garrett and daughter Courtney. His publicist said today that Schultz died June 19 at his home in Long Beach, CA, but did not give details.
