So much more fun than I imagined. I did 2 tracks, but I wish I could have done more. The staff was friendly, the hot tubs were nice to use in between, and the changing rooms were clean and spacious. brew_sarah的完整评论

You can go there anytime during the day, but I suggest you check their open hour from OGO Rotorua page on TripAdvisor. It's different at different season.

June is not so touristy season so should be ok to show up. No need to book in advance. Go for sideways track with water.
