Lightning is the main issue that can potentially postpone or shut down tours. If your tour happens to be delayed due to lightning, we try and get everyone zipping again as soon as the storm passes that same day. If we do have to shut them down for the day, we offer the option to reschedule at a later date or a partial refund depending on how far along the tour was. Hope this helps!

It was off peak season when we went, so there was no waiting lines for anything. It was only one other family there, so we spent about 2 hours there and that was because we rode rides more than once. I know during the summer, the time of the year, I’ve seen extremely long lines, so it all depends on when you and your family plan to visit.
