This depends on what you want to see and how long that you want to spend on each area. On a nice day you can easily spend four hours here. The best thing to do is plan ahead on the things you want to see because on a busy summer day, the place can be very busy. If you are going with a family, my advice is to buy a family membership and then you can go unlimited number of times and then go back when you want to at any time.
