Call them directly but my experience says that the first floor for sure but I didn't use an elevator, so I don't know about that. Great gallery, so don't miss it.

It is free! All of the art shops are free except for the Asheville Art Museum which I think is around 10 dollars. You should also go to New Morning Gallery in Biltmore village if you have the time. It is a little less expensive but they have beautiful things! There is a restaurant nearby named fig which is very good.
