Hi First of all the walking distance is about half a mile from the main park area. You have a couple choices of parking a car. ( 1 ) You can park on the sea front near the pier ( 2 ) park near the playing fields and you can have a nice walk to the pier. The walk is a easy one and no ruff ground, wide enough for wheel chairs and a family with children is not a problem. PS I would like to apologise as I've never been ask a question before and understand it's properly too late but I hope you have a good visit. M
