I have gone to Rainbow Falls many times over the last 30 years. During the summer when the river is lower and slower lots of people wade and or swim. Last Saturday the river was moving sort of fast so I suppose it would be cold also, anyways I didn't see anyone in the water. If you are asking if there is a life guard, I have never seen one there.
