I do believe the tickets are only sold for summer weekends. This may be why you are having problems.
Is the tower accessible to mobility scooters for the disabled visitor?

Did not notice as we rushed in. As there are so many medical facilities in Cleveland I would assume all public buildings are handicapped accessible. It is an amazing building.
