Does anybody know why it always appears to be cancelled payment when trying to do so? I have tried many times with my card from different banks in the UK, it's awkward but still not successful.

HI, wich one of these tickets is reasonable?, single palace ticket (6euro) or combination ticket (11.5euro), I will be there in December.

I agree with a previous answer. If you only have two hours or less buy the single, otherwise it is worth it to get the combo ticket if you have ample time to enjoy it.
