I have not been in Nurnburg, so I cannot tell you if there is a difference between the 2. But the one in Munich was chronologically arranged from the 4th floor to the lobby level. And each floor, had a lot of video footage of Hitler's rise to power. I learned a lot that I had not known about the National Socialist Party and the role of the Catholic Church in supporting Hitler.
