Hi, it takes about 20mins to get to Lake hill farm if you drive/cab from Toya JR Station. From Windsor hotel, you have 2 options. You drive down, which is less than 10mins (lake hill is at the base of the mountain); alternatively, (if the weather is beautiful), you could jog/walk down the mountain and its very scenic - depending on speed, it could take from less than an hour to 2 hours plus ie. leisurely stroll. Lots of tiny wild life to see too... and get a hotel staff to bring you back up at a designated time:) enjoy!
