One of the oldest wooden piers left, an it has always been a good experience. Helpful employees, lots of fishing supplies and gifts. One rod allowed. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. 647eddiee的完整评论

Kure Beach Fishing Pier is a family friendly destination, and as such, no alcohol is allowed on the premises.

Yes. The main drag has free parking on it and some along the beach side. You may have to walk a few blocks but it is worth it.

The gentleman above answered beautifully. My husband and I really enjoy the ocean front swings they have right beside the pier. Jack Mackerel's is one of our favorite seafood restaurants and everything is within walking distance. The Pancake House further down is also another great restaurant. I will add that Carolina Beach is also close by with a ocean front Broadwalk with public access to beach area. Britt's Donuts is State famous and good. They have some restaurants and arcade. Fudge Boat is also good.
