Yes, in the State of New York women are allowed to go topless in State Parks. It’s not very common anymore but was extremely popular in the 90’s

I have been in the cabins. They are fine. Not sure what they are equipped with. Web site can probably answer your questions. They are several restaurant s that are only a few miles away
